Introduction to the Iranian Home Appliance Industry Association
The home appliance industry is one of the accelerating industrial development fields. This industry is kind of diverse industry with a variety of applications that are widely used in the administrative and commercial sectors.This industry has widespread use in today’s home which can satisfy unavoidable need of families. The home appliance industry accounts for a large share of market transactions. This industry creates added value for the steel, petrochemical, copper and similar industries. According to this characteristic, the home appliance industry association programs focus on creating suitable conditions for investments and development of industrial units, reviewing laws and regulations related to production, tariffs, monetary issues and exports and developing industry culture, strengthening the research and development sections as well as upgrading the management level in that, development and use of advanced technology and technology absorption, production of competitive products that can compete with foreign products and export development and etc.
Iranian Home Appliance Industry Association is the new name of an organization, recorded more than three decades of purposeful and effective activities, using collective wisdom and having knowledge-based and comprehensive management. The association feels responsibility for nneeds of home appliance industry in variety of circumstances and adheres to its mission in solving the problems of this industry and overcoming crises. The home appliance industry association has made a significant effort and its new era of activity according to paragraph K of article 5 of Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Iran Mines approved on 15/12/1369. The association continues its activity with the goals and principles of duties under the supervision of Iran Chamber.
The Association’s activity: the association is a trade union, non-commercial, non-profit and non-political organization that operates through study, research, consulting, planning and trading to develop and improve the functionality of home appliance manufacturers, their products and professional affairs. It is not dependent to any political community and operates compeletly independent.
Objectives of the Iranian Home Appliance Industry Association
- Strengthen the spirit of organizationalism and the use of collective wisdom
- Increase the efficiency of production processes
- Optimizing energy consumption and increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the home appliance industry
- Development of home appliance market in Iran and other countries using national and international standards and technical knowledge
- Development of the link between science and industry in industrial units
- Promote and develop knowledge-based management in the home appliance industry
- Creating appropriate and desirable facilities to protect the production of competitive products
- Identify and investigate the main problems, strengths and weaknesses of home appliance industry in order to plan for the development and growth of quantitative and qualitative home appliances
